New post in wololo.net by reprep informs us that Nintendo’s CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS admits to Nintendo’s new console, codenamed NX, as we have been hearing about some time now. Also, Wii U seems to be left forgotten?
So, yeah, at this point, I’d say NX is pretty much a reality. I would speculate that NX will be coming out in about a year. Only true question is how long will Nint support its Wii U for. Thing is, Nintendo allows 3rd parties (companies outside of Nintendo or her subsadiaries) to develop games for Wii and Wii U (up to a number of games per year) so games for Wii U could still be developed outside of Nintendo scope but unfortunatelly, not many do so even now because Wii U is difficult to code to due to its unique hardware.
